Bolivarian jackals stalk Capriles

Presidential candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski was campaigning in the Cotiza neughborhood of old Caracas earlier today when red-shirted armed gangsters arrived on motorcycles. Shots were fired. Ismael Garcia’s son reportedly suffered a gunshot wound to the arm.

Cotiza is inside the part of Caracas that the regime considers “Chavez territory” – the badlands, as it were. Bolivarian law enforcement was notoriously absent.

This was the first “hot” probe of the Capriles campaign’s security, likely meant to identify and gauge the reaction of the security team (if any) around Capriles.

There will be more such attacks, be sure of it. There are elements in the Chavez regime that won’t miss the chance to assassinate Capriles if they think they can get away with it.

They actually did manage to get pictures of some of his security detail (will be all over gov. propaganda tonight) so if they were probing for weaknesses, they were at least partially successful.

  2. RAMON says:

Gringo…what do you think of the videos that have come out of chavez. Are they pre recorded from another time? The scene looks very familiar and also why the hell would Cilia Flores be there? Looks fishy to me…..your thoughts.

Caracas Gringo reply: Who can say? The only certainty is the growing uncertainty felt by everyone I know, from my poorest friends who dwell in barrios to my wealthiest friends who live in mansions.

I know what you mean. My family and friends all feel the same. Its just a matter of time… one can escape the truth and it will come very soon.
