I doubt Aponte has sufficient evidence to produce single indictment. He was not in position to know operational matters. I can imagine AG Holder telling US Attorney SDFL to produce indictment(s) for USGOV needs everything it can get at this point for they are very far behind. Assuming indictments forthcoming (I.e. el pollo flips), only 40 and 41 understood this threat and had the cojones. How the heck do you indict Cliver Alcala? You know the solution is military.
